Sudoku
Privacy Policy
In short: Sudoku has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. It does not collect, send or sell any personal data. Everything you do in the game is saved on your own device.
This policy explains what the Sudoku game (the “App”, available as an Android app and as a web page) does with information. “We” means Happabit Labs, who develops the App.
1. Information we collect
None. We do not ask you to create an account, and the App has no server that receives your data. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, location, contacts, device identifiers or advertising ID.
2. Information stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the App saves the following on your device only (in the app’s local storage, or in your browser’s local storage for the web version):
- your games in progress and finished puzzles (digits, notes, time, mistakes, hints used);
- statistics, streaks, achievements, experience points and the weekly challenge record;
- your settings (language, theme, board colors, sound, vibration, reminders).
This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it (see section 5). You can erase it at any time with Settings → Delete all progress, by clearing the app’s or the site’s data, or by uninstalling the App.
3. Android permissions
The Android app does not request internet access. The permissions that appear come from the optional features below:

4. Third parties
The App contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or social-media SDKs, and it does not load scripts, fonts or images from other websites. We do not share any information with third parties because we do not hold any.
5. Sharing, backup and links
When you tap Share or Back up, the App hands a piece of text (for example your result, or your backup file contents) to Android’s share sheet or downloads it as a file. You decide where it goes; we never receive it. A shared link may contain the puzzle number, which is not personal information.
6. The website and the web version
This website and the web version of the game are static pages served through Cloudflare. As with any website, the hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect against abuse, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not use cookies, and we do not run analytics on the site. The web version may store its files in your browser’s cache (a service worker) so the game works offline.
7. Children
The App is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.
8. Your rights
Since we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. Your data is in your hands: you can view it in the App, export it, and delete it whenever you like.
9. Changes to this policy
If the App changes in a way that affects this policy (for example, adding an online feature), we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.

Chính sách quyền riêng tư
Tóm tắt: Sudoku không có tài khoản, không quảng cáo, không phân tích và không theo dõi. App không thu thập, không gửi đi và không bán bất kỳ dữ liệu cá nhân nào. Mọi thứ bạn làm trong game đều được lưu ngay trên thiết bị của bạn.
Chính sách này giải thích game Sudoku (“App”, có dạng ứng dụng Android và trang web) xử lý thông tin như thế nào. “Chúng tôi” là Happabit Labs, người phát triển App.
1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
Không có. Chúng tôi không yêu cầu bạn tạo tài khoản, và App không có máy chủ nào nhận dữ liệu của bạn. Chúng tôi không thu thập tên, địa chỉ e-mail, vị trí, danh bạ, mã định danh thiết bị hay mã quảng cáo của bạn.
2. Thông tin lưu trên thiết bị của bạn
Để bạn chơi tiếp được từ chỗ đã dừng, App lưu những thông tin sau chỉ trên thiết bị của bạn (trong bộ nhớ cục bộ của app, hoặc của trình duyệt với bản web):
- các ván đang chơi và đã hoàn thành (các số đã điền, ghi chú, thời gian, số lỗi, số gợi ý đã dùng);
- thống kê, chuỗi ngày, thành tựu, điểm kinh nghiệm và lịch sử chuỗi thử thách tuần;
- cài đặt của bạn (ngôn ngữ, giao diện, màu bàn cờ, âm thanh, rung, nhắc nhở).
Dữ liệu này không bao giờ rời khỏi thiết bị trừ khi chính bạn chọn xuất ra (xem mục 5). Bạn có thể xoá bất cứ lúc nào bằng Cài đặt → Xóa toàn bộ tiến độ, bằng cách xoá dữ liệu của app/trang web, hoặc gỡ cài đặt App.
3. Quyền trên Android
Ứng dụng Android không xin quyền truy cập internet. Các quyền xuất hiện là do những tính năng tuỳ chọn dưới đây:

4. Bên thứ ba
App không chứa quảng cáo, công cụ phân tích, báo lỗi hay SDK mạng xã hội nào, và không tải script, phông chữ hay hình ảnh từ website khác. Chúng tôi không chia sẻ thông tin với bên thứ ba vì chúng tôi không nắm giữ thông tin nào.
5. Chia sẻ, sao lưu và liên kết
Khi bạn bấm Chia sẻ hoặc Sao lưu, App chuyển một đoạn văn bản (ví dụ kết quả, hoặc nội dung file sao lưu) sang bảng chia sẻ của Android hoặc tải xuống thành file. Bạn quyết định nó đi đâu; chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận được. Liên kết chia sẻ có thể chứa số của màn chơi, không phải thông tin cá nhân.
6. Website và bản web
Website này và bản web của game là các trang tĩnh được phân phối qua Cloudflare. Như mọi website, nhà cung cấp hosting có thể xử lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật như địa chỉ IP và loại trình duyệt để phân phối trang và chống lạm dụng, như mô tả trong chính sách quyền riêng tư của Cloudflare. Chúng tôi không dùng cookie và không chạy công cụ phân tích trên website. Bản web có thể lưu các file của nó trong bộ nhớ đệm của trình duyệt (service worker) để game chạy được khi offline.
7. Trẻ em
App phù hợp với mọi lứa tuổi. Vì App không thu thập thông tin cá nhân của bất kỳ ai, nên cũng không thu thập của trẻ em.
8. Quyền của bạn
Vì chúng tôi không nắm giữ dữ liệu cá nhân nào của bạn, nên không có gì để chúng tôi truy xuất, chỉnh sửa hay xoá. Dữ liệu nằm trong tay bạn: bạn có thể xem trong App, xuất ra và xoá bất cứ lúc nào.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Nếu App thay đổi theo cách ảnh hưởng đến chính sách này (ví dụ thêm một tính năng trực tuyến), chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và ngày ở trên trước khi thay đổi có hiệu lực.
